Hi all, I'm a recently retired USAF guy from Beale, now living in Roseville, and I'm ready to purchase a computer for my 2015 SW, running only that program on it.

However, I'm looking for advice on what I need for a BASIC/ENTRY level computer - I ONLY plan on opening existing drawings/files and rotating the image.  I may also do some exporting, or other file-conversion stuff. So nothing heavy-duty like flow simulations, movement calculations, or the like...

What are my minimums?  Most of the stuff I find online talk to top-end suggestions.
