OK all you API Gurus....

I have been searching the internet for anything that can put all the disparate pieces of a macro feature with a property manager together for me, but I'm having no luck.  I have found docs for a number of items but nothing for the meaning of the sections and how they all fit together.  It can be in either VBA or C#.

I have written lots of macros in both languages, but I am better with VBA than C#.
