We're trying to manage the drawings by giving time for each one.

But as many of you know each drawing can be complety diferent from other one, because the geometry, the number of solids the model has, o even the complexity of the model.

So, I thinked of a way to calculate this, and i'm going to talk about it, but also, I need help to find if is the best solution, or that maybe you have develop a way to give time for each drawing and you can help me.

First, we need some grounds to begin, so we're saying that each drawing will have the samen amoung of detail, in dimensions and tolerances.

And by the number of solids the model has, i'm thinking that maybe it can be a linear proportion, for example:

     -0 to 30 solids           30 minutes

     -30 to 80 solids          1hr

     -80 to 150 solids          1.5hrs

So, do you think this is a good idea?

have any recomendations?

how do you give time for each drawing you do?
