I opened STL file in forms of solid body using SolidWorks.

I want to give a thickness of 0.001m to the surface.

I used "Thick feature" tool, and succeeded to make thickness in the first file (0).

However, I can't make a thickness in the second file (113)

How can I make a thick freature?
