The time has finally come for us to upgrade to a server.  I am the windows guru here at our company.  While I am pretty good with desktop platforms, I have no experience with server software.  I have been checking out some of the learning resources on Microsoft's TechNet site, but so far most of the information seems to be directed to people with server experience.  Does anyone with Windows Server 2008 experience have any recommendations on books or training programs (paid or not) to get started with MS server Technologies and configuration?  I am looking at implementing active directory with roaming profiles and remote logins.
