Hi

I am trying to get my threads to show up as real profiles (etched lines) in Solidworks Drawing. I have attached a image of what I am trying to achieve.

I am currently achieving this look this using swept cuts (twist along axis). However, this is taking alot of resources and slowing down my drawings.

Is there any way to get the same effect using cosmetic threads? When I use cosmetic threads I get dotted lines representing where the threads would be, however, I would like the real profiles of the threads to show up.

Can I get the same affect using cosmetic threads?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
