Has anyone come across a method in the api that allows you to get/set the current color that will be used on the next sketch/annotation/dimension in a drawing?  The user interface allows you to change it by going to the line format toolbar, then selecting the 'Line Color' button.  It brings up a color pallete that looks like this:
