When I subscribed, the discount code didn't work so I got charged full price.  Now I keep getting an error I need to update.  I click update and everything closes.  I try to download newer version and keep getting told I need to log in but when I check my status, I AM logged in.  I uninstalled EVERYTHING.  I want a full refund.  NOTHING has worked locally on my PC as advertised.  I did NOT subscribe to a web service.
