Awright, I give... does anyone out there know how to get SolidWorks' Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing feature to even approach functionality???  I can't get the "pre-1982" features to stick to anything except a dimension, then they attach right on top of the text, and I can't move them.  Nothing else will stick, not to a part, not to a dimension, not to a sketch... does ANYONE at SolidWorks EVER TEST ANYTHING to do with their drawing interface???
