Function Builder in Motion is not a standard Windows window.

On some computers, I can use Function Builder in Motion perfectly. On the computer in our classroom, the OK and Cancel Buttons are off the bottom of the screen and there is no shortcut key to activate them.

Back on a working computer, I notice the window of the Function Builder does not have the Maximize, Resize, etc. buttons in the top right corner, nor do the OK and Cancel buttons have accelerators. Grabbing corners and edges does not enable manual resizing.

What kind of Frankenstein monster is the Function Builder window? How does a Windows program contain a feature that does not meet the standards for a Windows window?

This has been a persistent problem for many years (at least 7 or 8) and I am surprised it has not been rectified in that time.
