Hi guys,

I have encountered frequent crash of the SW2014 SP5.0 after I installed it last Friday (when I was performing sketch).

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro that is preloaded to my laptop, could it be the culprit of this frequent crash? Or it's more likely because of hardware problem?

Anyone encounters the same problem and any way to fix it?
