Is it possible to freeze a background image in composer? or control it such that when you zoom in the background zooms too? I am working on interactive content where the drawing dimensions will have linked 2d text boxes to the machine set up, tooling and trouble shooting information. ideally the user can select the trouble dimension to jump to content.

The attached example has a 2D panel with a red background. The box moves relative to the background when I open/close a workshop.

if you can think of a better way to have interactive links from the drawing to content I am open to suggestions.
