Hi There,

I have build a airplane frame using structural members (round pipes) and now I would like to run a loading simulation. When I go to mesh the frame it gets to 86% complete and an error message pops up saying "An invalid argument was encountered." The program freezes and I have to restart the program so i cannot diagnose the problem. I believe it has something to do with the joints groups between the members because I had this issue before and I was solved by verifying all the joints were properly located. I have tried treating the joint clearance as zero (touching) and I have tried treating the joint clearance less than 1" and I keep getting the same error message. All of the joints are pink (correct) and all the end beams are green (also correct). What else can I look at so that the frame will properly mesh? Are there certain parameter I should change in the simulation property manager?
