The PNG image suggests that Alan Stoldt updated the Copy All Components discussion 3 hours ago, but the PDF print of the whole discussion shows that I was the one who updated it, but it is not obvious because my reply to an earlier message is presented after that message, rather than as the last message.

The significant point is that I will probably get no responses to my message.

I tried changing Your stuff>Preferences>General>Discussion view style from Flat to Threaded, but it made no difference.
