equation I have a table (general table) in my drawing and I m trying to use formulas to change the title according to drawing and its only working when click ok and then stay on the first value until editing the equation and make a change (delete a character and add it back).

Is there a way to makes it working? 

Here my equation:  =IF('TEST'='1';"HI";"HELLO")

It gives the right thing but if I change the TEST property it stays on its first value, I need to edit and delete any character and add it back so the equation looks to be evaluated. Event a force rebuilt not working.
