I am trying to create a forming tool that will create an extrusion on top of a sheet metal part. I want the extrusion to be .25” sq., and to stick above the sheet metal surface half the thickness of the material.  But after I insert the forming tool, the extrusion is .468” sq., and the indentation on the bottom of the part is .25”. What am I doing wrong in creating the tool?
