I understand back in say 2001 that solidworks set it up so that each document rememebers which printer it sent to for the last time and stores that if its saved.

This is highly frustrating in my current office printer set-up as i want it to print to a specific printer 95% of the time and only use the other printers 5% of the time.

We also have a high turn-over rate on printers (hurray for quality worksmanship)

Problem is that i tell it to print without reading which printer, and only about 50% of the time do i actually get anything.

Is there a way to force solidworks to use a default printer (system default or otherwise) no matter the document settings?
