Is it possible to define a part / force element by a function or data table?

I measured my Spring and it has following Force / Displacement characteristics:

Sadly springs can't be defined by values for Force/Displacement (they just use static values)

I tried to build a little workaround  using a small rod with constant area (poisson: 0.001, so the cross-section stays constant) and defining the E-Modul with the same characteristics like the measurement results. But the solver didn't pass the calculation (Force-Controlled) cause of the Maximum -> Solver Error.

Is there any other opportunity to solve this problem?
