I'm trying to recreate the part similar to creo part below. I have an error with fold in the next image.

Fold error below. See next image for detail of error.

Cut extrude setup detail.

Interesting note, if I change the bend angle to 90 degrees or less, no fold error. 

Can anyone help solve this problem?
