Fluid volume generation is directly linked to ?

I am trying to generate fluid volume, closed all external area and finding difficult to get internal volume...

If I am not wrong, interference do not affect the fluid creation right ?

check geo.. does not help much.. (Fluid = 0)

How to check where are the regions for GAPS/minute openings in model ???
