Flow Simulation Surface Plot is one temperature

I am doing two similar time dependent thermal analysis as shown below. It is a PCB with two toroids on top, with a layer of epoxy in between them and the PCB. There is also epoxy applied in the middle of each toroid, as well as an additional layer to make the rectangular shape that is transparent below. For some reason outside of the bounds of the assembly are different temperatures despite there being no material, and the part itself is all one temperature (46.86°C). When I run the same analysis with a larger PCB and a larger space between the toroids (same material properties, boundary conditions, etc.), the temperature increases to over 100°C and there is no gradient. Also now I am not able to see the cut plot or the surface plot besides one face on the side of the PCB.

I am trying to use these results to see the thermal effects in a Static Simulation, and the maximum stresses/displacements are vastly different. There was only a 100 mil length/ distance increase from the original simulation, but the max stresses, for example, are 2.5e13 Pa (shorter PCB) vs. 4.9e3 Pa (longer PCB).

Note - I also get an odd stress plot on the longer PCB since redoing the Flow Simulation and updating which results to reference. I get the large displacement warning, and the deformed result explodes beyond my display. See below for a zoomed out version. I'll also add what it looked like before refreshing.

Any help would be appreciated!
