Is it possible to export flow simulation results?

I'd like to do a fairly simple flow analysis of a 1m pipe with internal vanes at the opening. Then I would like to export those results (text or other?) in some format so that I can use them in my ready trace model to evaluate light interaction.

Is this possible with flow? To export results data in some usable format elsewhere?
