I was unhappy at PW ignoring my SW scene and painting the floor grey instead.

So I opened the PW preview window and the PW scene editor which opened the PW appearance PM, then I selected various floor scenes expecting to see changes in the preview window.

Well the preview window re rendered everytime I made any selection, but nothing changed.

Is this how it is?
