I have been having this problem for a while now. When I try to create an angled dimension on a print it appears to be creating the dimension I want but when I click to place the dimension it flips and creates the wrong angle? The only way I have found to solve this problem is to create a sketch-convert the lines I want to dimension- create the dimension from the sketch lines. I am running SolidWorks 2010 SP4.0, Vista x64.

Any thoughts?
