I have created a surface using two sketch profiles and a guide edge for the boundary boss function.  I can wrap a text sketch and emboss off the surface.  But, there is a weird "convergence point" in between the J and K (see pics) that will not allow the extrusion to complete.  This also happens to be where the two sketch profiles converge (see pics).  Not sure what is going on.  Thanks in advance.

EDIT:  I was able to tweak the boundary boss sketches to bring in the rest of the "K" by deleting/recreating some of the lines and adding pierce constraints.  However, it still has enough of an imperfection to cause issues (see pics).  A user uploaded the previous file (before the sketch mods) to SD 2025, and the letters displayed perfectly.  I have uploaded the most recent file below.
