I've found a not-so-elegant way to flatten this part by splitting it into constiuents and flattening them in an assembly and inserting into a drawing. With flattening the difficulty lies in the multiple flat-patterns, two simple base flanges and a lofted bend. The lofted bend does not play well with others.

So ... how would you do it?
