I am having a problem with flattening some sheetmetal parts.

If I use "run import diagnostics" and then "proceed with feature recognition" I get a different flat size then if I just insert bends..........does not matter the size of the part or how many bends, both "length & width" come out wrong........running Solidworks pro 2010........same K-factor on both parts.........

Anyone else get this problem?????

DID NOT have this problem in Solidworks 2008.........

Searched the forum for this problem, but could not find any solutions........
