I have run a flow simulation study on a flat plate heat exchanger and the solver comes up with an error saying that there are vortices crossing an inlet.

It also says the heat transfer rate goal is invalid.

How can i fix these matters as the heat transfer rate is needed for comparison against hand calculations for a report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
