Any flat pattern I make from a sheet metal part removes the bend material length.

In the case below, the 12" radius bend shows as .125".

I can't figure out what is causing this.

I have changed allowances, k-factor, etc., checked and unchecked all boxes and settings in sheet metal properties.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?
