I created this part, but later had to split it due to limitations of available material lengths.  Now, when I flatten the front and rear pieces, the width of the flat pattern (28 15/16 vs 29 1/8) and the bend line locations (7 3/4, 14 7/16, ... vs 7 13/16, 14 5/8,...) do not match.  The formed views and model construction show the junction of these to parts to match identically.

Any ideas??
