I have been using sheet metal for years without any problems. I just had some parts made, and it came up short. It is supposed to be a 3x3 angle. When I flatten it the width is around 5.65. Well obviously that is not correct. I didn't realize this until it was too late. I have attached a sample part. I have looked over the K-Factor, and it appears to be correct for the calculations I did.

Any help is appreciated.
