I have an assembly containing a box with a sheet metal cover.  The assembly has two configurations - "small" and "large" in which the dimensions of the box differ.  The sheet metal cover also has two configurations with these same names.  When the "large" assembly is active, so is the "large" cover.  The dimensions of the sheet metal cover are driven by co-linear relations between its base sketch and the boundaries of the box.  If I open the cover's part file, both configurations display properly.  The flat patterns for the configurations, however, do not.  The displayed flat pattern is only for whatever configuration is currently active in the assembly.  What's the best way to correct this?
