Hi,

I have a complex part, kind of a sophisticated longeron what is actually machined from a piece of aluminum I-beam profile and strengthened with a flared holes pressed through the web. As this is not sheet metal but solid I found it pretty uneasy to design regular pattern of flared holes over the entire length of a stringer.

Would you be so kind to advise recommended technique to apply such a feature in a pragmatic manner?
