Hi everybody,

I am having trouble creating a flare on the side of a cylinder, ie a flare on a tank wall to weld a pipe onto.  I have gone through the forums but can only find flares on flat surfaces. I was thinking about using a loft; however I cannot get the thin feature to work. 

I have uploaded a simple model with the cylinder and the hole cut out.  The picture attached describes what I want to accomplish in the end.
