Looking for a full time Designer/Engineer who is creative and detail-oriented with strong conceptual as well as technical skills. We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Experience in packaging, consumer products, and displays.

Education and Qualifications:

■     Experience in design/engineering in a retail environment

■     Degree in related design/ engineering field

■     Knowledge of Solidworks or similar program and 3D rendering application

■     Adobe Products: Photoshop & Illustrator

■     Experience with Artios is a plus

■     Ability to hand sketch ideas for brainstorming

Key Skills:

■     Capable of creating dielines for corrugate and paperboard packaging

■     Detailed dimensional drawings for quoting of displays and packaging

■     Knowledge of the following:

Structural packaging

Thermoformed plastics

Hand fabrication of plastics

Injection molding

Sheet metal and wire fabrication

Wood and particle board

Cut and sew

Job Requirements:

■     Exceptional organizational and communication skills

■     Ability to conceptualize, design and manage projects though production while adhering to and providing estimated timelines

■     Presentation of designs to sales and customers
