Dear SolidWorks Experts,

I would like to create a Sheet Metal part, which has two parametric variables:

A) length
B) corner cutting angle (only on the right side. Left side is always 90 degrees)

I defined both of these two variables, as global:

The issue I have is that, corner reliefs look very "untidy".
Here is an example of one such corner relief:
 

How can I improve the look of the upper corner relief?
For example, I would like to get rid of the shown cutout:

Switching to "Rectangular" corner relief, fixes this exact spot.
But then raises an error on another part of the sheet:




Maybe my whole modelling approach wrong, and thus it produces these untidy corner reliefs?

I would be grateful for any kind of help.
