I am trying to fix this part. Can someone give me some hints on how to go about fixing it? Alin was nice enough to fix it but he is real busy and don't have the time right now to show me how he fixed it.

I have a few parts with similar issues so I really need to see what was done to get the part back to a solid. Thanks for any help.
