I want to draw a spline of a fixed length.  I want to be able to drag control points around but not change the overall length of the spline.  How do I do that?

Doing some searching for this I see people saying back in 2007 that it can't be done and see some mention of Fixed Length Spline coming to sw2014.  Is it possible to do this in SW2012?
