Can someone explain fit text?  I can't seem to get it to work they way I think it should.

Filling out a title block, I want it to fill the block(space) but not go over.

Why does the text go outside the bounder I give it.  I did hit the fit icon.

PS this is a attributed block, if that makes a difference.
