We have been trying to upgrade our solidworks to 2014 SP2 and have been unable to do this because of our Firewall. Our firewall is called Astaro. We need to tell Astaro the url of the site that Solidworks gets its updates from. We are getting our error message after we download the installer and start running the installer. It will not allow us to connect during the install process.(refer to attachment) Does anybody have any experience with this?
