I'll start with mentioning that I'm a machinist.   Our engineering department is struggling to figure out how to get the finish size in the title block on the print to match the actual size of the part.     When it doesn't match, it creates headaches for us on the floor because we order material based on the finish size in the title block.   Oftentimes our material will come in undersize for machining purposes because of it.  

Is there a simple fix for this that I can pass on to our engineers?
