My VAR's made a mistake again and gave me links to the cloud instead of serial numbers

I already paid for Solidworks Standard Design and I'm getting error after error saying its not compatible

I've installed and reinstalled the 3ds luancher over and over, and I keep telling it I dont have solidworks installed what doesn't it get

All I want is a serial number so I can acitvate this on my desktop computer 

How can I find my serial number in my profile?
