I'm having an issue with the selection filters. No matter what I do, I cannot turn off the filters.

It may be hard to tell, but the 'Clear All Filters' button has been pressed, and it just turns them all on. I can turn them all on and then turn them all off, and they are all selected again. I can also select just one filter, then hit 'Clear All Filters,' and it just turns them all back on. Any help with this would be great.
