HI,

I have two solid helices along the same axis, bot with the same rectangular cross section. I need to fillet them together to create a single smooth surface. I have played around with the fillet tool for quite a bit but it won't render a solution. It tells me to check my radius of the fillet dimension and the faces I ha selected. I have a feeling I am trying to make a zero volume geometry. I haven't been able to find anything similar online, any ideas.
