I need some help real quick in this one because i've set myself a deadline and im stuck on this for 3 days trying stuff with no success

Im trying to do a fillet as shown :

but i cant put on the real value i want for the fillet to no leave this annoying red marked part. If what i want is a 15mm radius fillet im forced to only use like 14.9mm or it errors.

what can i do to solve this issue?
