hey Solidworkers,

I know everybody runs into this stupid error message (see Pic ERROR) when using fillets but does anyone have a good work around or trick. I thought I would definately find an older post about this but couldnt, if anyone finds a post with this problem could you give me a link. I try using the filletxpert thing, but in all the years ive been using the xpert it has never worked at repairing broken features even once (See Pic Error2), but I still try because in my heart i believe one day it will be useful and will work correctly. I mean i use FilletXpert to place fillets all the time its just when i need something repaired it never works. I have also tried to heal edges, use face fillets, and not use the tangent propogation. It seems to happen alot when i am altering a dumb model like an IGES or something like that. So if anyone knows a way to fix or work around the bad loop thing , other than completely recreating the whole thing, i would really appreciate the info.
