variable and normal fillet

conic radius activated

for some reason the fillet i have created isnt equal

does anyone know why this is ?

i tried using a Variable fillet

as wel as seperate fillets

i have  gone true this drawwing several times and everything is symatrical sofar

the way around it was using the mirror option but the problem keeps popping back for me on different parts and i want to know why this is happening

i also found out that i can get them symatrical by using the conic radius option

as then they wil become equal

but since the shape is a perfect match to each other it should just do it by itself

is this a problem within solidworks ?
