when I click on edges to make fillets, a little bar shows up, especially if I slip my pointer right a bit.  What is this thing, and how do I get rid of it?  It's completely unclear what it is trying to do, and slows down my progress.  It's annoyed me from the first time it happened, but I'm tired of it now.
