Hi,

I am using Solidworks 2018 EPDM. I am currently having a problem whenever I save a file into the vault. The file 'saves' into the folder but does not show in the folder when using EPDM in Windows Explorer. If I look through the open dialog of another program (ie Adobe Reader), I can see and open the files. If I save the file again into the same folder, I get a dialog saying the file already exists. Upon investigation, we found that these files are in a private state, checked out by a different user (whom I share a machine with). We are logged into Windows, and EPDM, as separate users. I have had to ask him to check those files in so I can see them. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!
