Hi,

Are there any standard file naming and management techniques or procedures out there?  The company I am working for is having some trouble, and a standard procedure would help.  In addition to Solidworks things are designed in AutoCAD.  Also, frequently SLDDRW need to be saved as DWG to be sent out for quoutes or to machinests.  Problem being keeping both files up to date with eachother.  Also, file names are being resaved with "REV" in the name, for example "Part 1 - REV A" 

Any help would be appreciated.
